helpwith rrod, weird sec code

so i got my box working the other day and figured that i wanted to do the clamp mod just to give me the added protection. Well.... I did that yesterday and now the console will not boot and i get all zero's when i try to get the secondary code. Im very confused... I figured that it was because i did the llamma version of the fix so i did the hybrid as well and neither of them work. So can someone please help me? I really want this box to work and I am pissed that it worked two days ago after getting the rrod, and now its not.. Thank you for any help
