I don't need to tell most of you how important it is to use a good Anti-Virus program on your computer. However with a few of the new bugs running around and showing them selves here are actualy on your systems. If you do not have an Anti-Virus program I would recommend AVG as it is free to use. Also make sure you are running a spyware detector like spybot s&d or adaware. This post is in reguards to several of you having additional lines that you did not type added to your posts.
